- "Organizer" refers to a User who creates, manages, and hosts events through the Services.
- "Attendee" refers to a User who registers for or participates in an event hosted via Confetti.
- "Event" refers to any virtual or physical event, seminar, webinar, workshop, or gathering held pursuant to our Services.
- "Content" refers to any data, text, software, images, videos, files, or other material uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through the Services.
2. Use of Our Website and Services

5. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
- All bookings made through our Website are subject to our availability and confirmation.
- Prices listed on our Website are subject to change without prior notice and subjected to any applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
- Payment must be made through approved payment channels. You acknowledge that Confetti shall not be responsible for any payment processing charges or currency conversion fees and disclaims all liability related thereto.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
- Cancellation policies vary based on the type of Services selected or reserved. Confetti reserve the right to refuse refunds for cancellations that do not comply with our policies.
- Confetti reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any Services due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring their Events comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Consumer Protection Act 1999, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

9.1. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
