TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Referral must be a new client and not an existing Confetti customer database.
2. Referral commission (10%) is payable only upon successful booking confirmation and payment received by Confetti.
3. Referrer must submit the referral details before Confetti establishes contact with the referred client.
4. In the event of duplicate referrals, the final referrer entitlement shall be determined based on the client’s confirmation and acknowledgment of who introduced/referred them to Confetti.
5. Only events with a minimum confirmed booking value of RM10,000 are eligible for the referral program.
6. Referral commission will be paid within 14 working days upon successful booking confirmation and payment collection.
7. Confetti reserves the right to verify, validate, and reject any referral submission deemed invalid or non-compliant.
8. Confetti reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate the program and its terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
